HOW TO BE THE BEST VERSION OF OURSELVES?
Today's topic is going to be something different compared to the topics I usually write on. Today I will talk about some habits, some changes that you can make in 2022 to be a better version of yourself. In this human life in order to be the best version of ourselves, we have to do something, just like phones, in each 2-3 months, we use to get an update, that latest one is definitely good in some way from the previous one. Despite being a device, it keeps updating itself. So, why we would be behind! We are humans, we always should be ready for changes, for good changes obviously. So, in this article, I am going to make some points that we should consider for 2022. So, let's start.....
The changes you can make in order to be the next version of yourself, & for that we have to do something, we can't be the same person, you can take challenges that at the end of every month you will be a different person, you will become good at something. It could be anything, maybe you will learn a new skill, complete a book, may have learned a life lesson or you will start working on something, it could be anything, there has to be something. Say to yourself...
1) READING BOOKS: Before diving into that topic, I have a question for everyone, do you have the habit of reading books? If you have then congratulations, you already have started your transforming journey, & the guys who don't have this habit then start building it from today. In order to make changes in life whenever someone asks me what should be the first step, reading books would always be my first suggestion. In order to start your reading journey, you don't have to read 1or 2 hours in a day, you can start with 15-20 minutes a day, at the same time you don't have to read something that is on trending now, you can read something that you really love reading, the kind of topic you have interest in, the things you love to know about, keep it simple, it is not something that cannot be done by us. Just make a plan that each and every month you will just finish one book.

2) HEALTH: There is a quote, " HEALTH IS WEALTH", it is so true, right! You can relate that by yourself, whenever you are sick or your health is not good enough, that time we don't feel motivated to do anything, we don't even want to do our favorite things sometimes. So, we can understand how important it is to take care. We know there are a few things to be maintained in order to be healthy, just like we should take a healthy diet, don't take a lot of junk food, do exercise, shouldn't take too much stress & all the stuff, things are easy to talk about but hard to maintain. We should have a proper plan, before anything we should have a specific reason behind doing all the things. If we have reasons it would be much easier to follow a routine rather than being consistent on something without a reason( because everybody is doing it). As like every year's resolutions, in 2022 also a lot of people may have made their resolutions & the majority of them have already quit their resolutions. There was data in that context saying, people more want to be perfect not because they really want to be perfect from within but because they want to get appreciation from others, they want to look good from others perspectives, that's why they start but quit very quickly. Before going to start anything ask yourself do you really want to do that or is it just a kind of desire you have planned in yourself because your peers are doing, give yourself a genuine answer. If you feel you really want to change your health, you are not feeling good because it creates a problem in any way, so do whatever you think would be good for that, and if you feel that your health, you might have fat but if you are comfortable with that then no need to change anything.
3)SPREAD POSITIVITY: I think this is one of the most grateful things we can do which will have a huge impact on ourselves and others as well. Because there are a lot of negative things out there. So, instead of avoiding this, we should take this responsibility to deal with that, the more we try to neglect this, the more we will be affected by this negativity. It was there in the past, it is now & it will be there in the future. Instead of avoiding it, we should learn how to deal with that. We can spread positive things to the world. Try to be the person you want to be with, try to give the love you want for yourself, do some mistakes, try to reduce the time you wander in your thought and spend more time in reality, try to get time for yourself and spend with yourself by doing whatever you like to do. If you like anything about anyone, even if you get a bit of inspiration from someone then tell them how it made feel you! I may don't know you but I know you are the most handsome person in your universe, if you ever done any mistake, so don't worry, I know you hadn't wrong intentions, it just happened. Then forget about that & say to yourself right now " I am damn cool buddy".
4)FIND WAYS TO ENTERTAIN YOURSELF: I think it would be one of the important points because whenever it comes to make new year resolutions then everyone is talking about a few common things, just like taking care of your health, reading books, start investing, follow your passion, and all the thing are very important but along with that we should be happy. Making goals, working hard for accomplishing, it's wonderful but if you stop yourself from being happy, if you think until you reach your goal you cannot be happy, this isn't right exactly. Because who knows after achieving it you wouldn't try to reach for another and that way you will forget to live your life and at the end of your life, you will have regrets that you have not been enjoying your life so far. So, if you want to be happy before achieving your goals, you have to fall in love with the process instead of the end result. Focussing on your systems is more important rather than just thinking about your goals always. We have to find ways by that we can give enjoyment to ourselves because in this chaotic world where there are so many competitions, comparisons out there, we feel depressed, exhausted sometimes, feel mental toughness, sometimes we have the clarity what to do, in the next moment it all becomes vanished, etc, etc. It doesn't mean we don't have any strengths, we all have, but we are just unable to see this now. Because there is so much chaos out there, in order to avoid all this we have to understand the root cause of that, and I think that is our mind, behind all the things we do, there is our mind, the Bhagavad Gita tells us that the mind becomes the best friend of a person who is successful in controlling it but the person who has failed to do so, it becomes his greatest enemy, in fact, the mind is our only enemy. We have to become the best friend of our minds. So, basically, we need to have some ways by that we can entertain ourselves & it could be anything( a place, music, work you love doing). So, yeah that's all.
5) INVESTING: How can I forget this one when the topic is to make some good changes in life because, this is one of my favorite things and I love it. I believe investing is more about learning than just doing some bets in the beginning and if possible then try to start this as early as possible, 17-18 or maybe less than that, just start, you may lose some money but you will learn something definitely. Until/unless we do any mistake we cannot learn this by just reading theory or watching videos, and I am telling this, there is a reason behind that, I believe it is about understanding your emotions, feelings. when the graph will go down you feel embarrassed, you may feel stressed and when the graph will go up you will feel more joy, even you don't want that still some kind of chemical reactions will be happening there and you will actually be learning how your emotions work and how to cope up with that. After a certain point, graphs ups and downs would become very normal for you, you will feel it's okay. Investing is not just to learn about your emotions, there are a lot of things to be learned, for example, businesses, money, capitalism, the stock market, and a lot more. And the main thing is if you start investing early your money will get more time to grow and you will be able to see the magic of compounding in the long term.

6) SOME RANDOM STUFF: First, I thought this point wouldn't make sense but again I thought there are so many small things that play a huge role in our day-to-day life & things could be very random. We do sometimes unknowingly, for example, sleep, it is important if we don't get enough sleep one night so, the whole day we wouldn't feel energetic, we feel lethargic, & also if we do exercise to maintain our health so sleep plays a very important role. While doing exercise our body is becoming ready but the actual process of muscles building happens while sleeping. Some random things are we rarely focus just like drinking water, having a normal conversation with your friends, taking care of your skin, hair, while chatting with somebody how you make feel to the other person, I ain't talk about from that perspective that it doesn't matter what a person is thinking about you but you may talk with somebody in a mannered way, right! While having a conversation you may keep a smile on your face, it sounds you are interested to talk & everyone wants to talk to somebody who is energetic instead of a dull person. There are a lot of things that play a significant role in our lives and we should embrace all these.
7)MEDITATION: I personally believe meditation is the way of self-realization, if you want to understand your inner self, who you really are, how your system works, if you want to understand the concept of spirituality, want to be calmer than before, if you want to check how patient you are, or your reason could be anything, you can try this, if you continuously do that for a month then you will become a different person definitely. You will see the difference on the level of your thought process! In this chaotic world, it is hard to find peace, find a reliable person to communicate with, even at home, sometimes we feel bored, it would be much better if we can become our best friends. We have to learn how to spend time with ourselves, & for that, we need to know whom we are connected with, communicating with, for that we have to understand ourself first of all. So, start spending time with yourself, try to know how your emotions work, how you actually behave, try to get closer to yourself & meditation can be the process.
8)HAVE A GOAL: Yes, having a goal is really important. We all want satisfaction in our life & there are multiple ways to achieve this. If you are reaching out toward your goals, when you do some work, so, at the time you go for the sleep you feel a great satisfaction & most of the time that feeling isn't about achieving anything rather doing some work you felt that had some value. Having a goal is also important because it gives us a purpose to live our lives in a mannered way, until/unless we find some meaningful purpose in life we wander, suffer in imagination. You may have learned to control your mind by meditation, doing some physical activity, reading some books & understanding yourself but what will you do after that if you don't have any work to focus on!! Think about that, having a goal isn't important only to give direction to our life, it is also important because we need a goal to live life. You may be wondering that both the points are looked like the same but there is a difference! By the way, it is not mandatory to have a goal always but in the long term perspective, you should have a vision or an idea of how you want to spend this valuable thing.
9) MAKE RELATIONSHIPS STRONGER: We should take care of our relations, not only with our partner but also with our parents, brother-sister, friends or almost everybody we love. We as a youngster forget sometimes to give love because we are having problems related to our careers, some personal problems, but it would be much better if we can take care of our relations as well. Sometimes people think if we want to become successful we shouldn't be in a relationship, but it's not completely true here the thing is that you cannot manage two things at the same time, so here instead of complaining, we need to learn to manage things together. First of all, I have never been in any relationship before but I think I can understand it, sometimes we start expecting more than normally we should expect, and for that problem arises, sometimes problem happens because there is a communication gap! Sometimes we become confused between relationships and businesses, business is the place where we should expect some from the other person when we do hard work, but sometimes we don't do that instead we continue our hard work and believe the other person completely and in a relationship where we should have the trust for the other person, sometimes we fail to do that. If we say we love somebody that means we have to give love first without expecting the same amount of love, effort from the person. And before all we need to have good partners, first of all, there isn't anything good or bad in humans, maybe someone is good but not good for you, for example, there is a guy who loves peaceful places, doesn't want to move a lot but if he would get engaged with someone who is very fond of traveling or maybe her profession in that field, I am not hoping so but maybe some kinds of uncomfortable circumstances would happen in future. There is another way of looking at the same situation if both the partners would understand each other, would start to appreciate each other's roles in their lives, so there wouldn't have any problems related to that issues, right! But it would be much better if we find somebody who is more like us not in terms of our desires rather than our thought process because in that way things become easy. I think that way sometimes, but there is a lot still left to say about the relationship. Whatever I have just shared about relationships might completely be wrong because I am not an expert on that topic, but I believe being in a good relationship is equally important to having control of our minds, for example, if your mind is not in your control it can become your worst enemy, in that way if you are in a wrong relation so it has the potential to destroy your life anyway. There is a code something like that, it would be much better to live by being alone instead of being in the wrong one. At the same time, if you are in a good relationship, it can give you the feeling of heaven because it is amazing. I think sometimes, we become so inconsistent while finding a life for us, because everybody is in a relationship so, we also should have one & it becomes a trend, I believe there are two things we shouldn't be in a hurry, first one is which profession we are going to work in and the second one with whom we will spend the rest of our life, because if we choose the bad one then we have to suffer the whole life of ours.
