5 BOOKS FOR BEGINNERS
Hey, I hope you all are doing great, this is Sujan Ghosh and today I am going to talk about books. If you are going to start your book reading journey or you want to make your reading habit but you are confused about the books you should read first, then don't worry, this article is all about books, a beginner should read. whatever I am going to talk about is totally based on my own experience. There are a lot of books available in the market through which you can start your reading journey, but in this article, I just going to pick the books I personally read as a beginner. I started my reading journey in November 2020, because at that time I didn't have anything specifically to do, so I thought I should start, but the first problem I was facing, it was what book should I read first? I had started to find out the books I should read at first and it almost took more than a week to select my first book and then I ordered the book and started reading. Although I wasn't able to complete the book for the first time, okay forget it, now I am talking about the books you should read first, I personally believe that this is one of the best habits that anyone can ever make. There is no substitute for reading books if you start your day by reading books, it could be physical form or ebook form, whatever the way it is, it is very beneficial for the person who read books. It gives you the clarity to find the purpose of your life, you can learn anything from books, you can find whatever the book you are looking for, it could be fiction, non-fiction, biographic, business books, self-help books, spiritual books, science, academic whatever you like you can find, you cannot make excuses. Let's start from the first book that I had read,
1) RICH DAD POOR DAD: First of all, I have a lot of things to say about this book, what an amazing book it is! I cannot explain in words the impact of the book on my life, in one word, it's immense. This was the first book(self-learning) I have ever bought & it has become a life-changing book for me, what an incredible knowledge this book has given to me, I just bought the book for the purpose of learning English but when I started to read this book, I personally learned a lot. This book contains knowledge about financial literacy, the author has spoken about the difference between an asset & a liability, he has spoken about how we can minimize the taxes that are levied on ourselves, why the rich people are getting richer and poor people are getting poorer and a lot more. After reading the book I had understood the importance of reading books, I learned that a person can learn immense knowledge by just reading a book. Just wow!
2)HOW TO WIN FRIENDS & INFLUENCE PEOPLE: This is the second book I would suggest, we all are doing hard work for getting the things we want and on this path communication is one of the most important skills what we need to learn. It could be the interview to get your dream job or a presentation of your business model in front of investors or your relationships with your partner, family or friends, communication skill is needed to express your thought, the result of your journey depends a lot on how good you are as a communicator and this book is amazing about communication. The author has spoken about every tiny aspect of communication, I don't think there is any other better book available than this about communication. If you read this book and try to apply some points which have been discussed in this book then probably you would become a great communicator.
3) THINK & GROW RICH: The third book I would suggest is "think and grow rich" written by Napoleon Hill, in this book you will learn how can anyone become rich by just changing his/her thought process, you will learn about the desire, faith, auto-suggestion, imagination, decision, persistence, power of the master-mind, the subconscious mind, the brain, and a lot more things. Before writing this book the author had taken hundreds of interviews of successful people. So you can understand how important or valuable this book would be!
4) THE 7 HABITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE: The fourth book I would suggest is "The 7 habits of highly successful people" written by Stephen Covey. In this book, the author has spoken about the 7 habits of becoming a highly successful or influential person, these habits are...
1) Be proactive
2) Begin with the end in mind
3) Put first things first
4) Think win-win
5) Seek first to understand then to be understood
6) synergize &
7) sharpen the saw
5) ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING: The fifth book I would suggest is "Attitude is everything" written by jeff Keller. If you have planned something to do or thought to start something but you cannot start because of your lack of confidence or fear of failure, then I personally believe that this book can conquer your fear. This book contains a lot of strategies that how anybody can actually confront his/her biggest fear...There are so many strategies in the book by following them anyone can confront their biggest fear. The author has spoken about ATTITUDE, how important it is I have understood by reading this book. This is one of my favorite books I have ever read.
So, if anyone is there who wants to read a book or wants to start his/her reading journey, you can start by reading any of these books according to your requirement. Best wishes for your journey.....
Nice writing
