HOW TO BE PRODUCTIVE THROUGHOUT THE DAY ?

 In today's article, I will be writing about productivity, all the things I consider good for being productive at your workplace or just the whole day. So if you are someone who is feeling laziness, feeling tired, and wants to be productive at your workplace but cannot, or just you are a random guy who wants to learn about productivity, you can stay till the end of this article.


First of all, let's talk about 'what is productivity'?

So productivity is something when you feel energetic while working, you feel positive, when you have another level of positivity, you actually get insights to do something interesting, to do some work, then you can think you are a productive person. I know it seems very fancy or fascinating but in reality, being productive is like that. For being productive you actually have to do certain tasks or whatever you want you can call it, there is no way of getting something by not doing anything, you must have to do something, but the good thing is you have to do something you like to do, or it could be anything just like exercising, reading books, meditating, riding, listening podcasts, music whatever you like to do you can do but in those things must have to be some positiveness, I am not here talking about getting dopamine's by watching reels, tiktok, listening pop music in the morning,  by doing these kind of stuff you can also get a sense of energy but these things are not long-lasting, you cannot feel motivated by just watching Instagram reels, after watching these kind of content you will actually feel demotivated, you will start comparing yourself with others in a negative way and this will create stress, if you are somebody who cannot control your emotions in a good way then it may create some serious issue with your mental health and physical health too in some cases, be aware of that. So if you want to be a productive person then stop consuming this kind of content in the morning time, I just want to say in the morning instead of wasting your time you can do some sort of creative things which has value for you for just being productive throughout the day, the thing could be anything as I mentioned before....! So If you are productive, you will be able to complete your tasks in half the time that you took a long time to do because to complete a task it doesn't matter how long you have given, what matters is how carefully you did the task, that means quality matters the most instead of quantity. So, always try to do things productivity.

HOW TO STAY PRODUCTIVE? 

1) For being productive you can follow certain things like you can make a to-do list in the morning, then you do not need to worry about the things you are going to do or you need to do because sometimes what happens, we have a lot of things to do but because we haven't created a schedule for the day of our works so we become confused about what we should do first, second or basically when and at the end of the day we see that we have just finished 30-40% work and somedays even we haven't started because we have confused😕. So, it is important to make a schedule in the morning, so at least you can able to finish 70-80% of your task.



2) The next thing you can do to follow some of your hobbies, it could be anything just like riding, playing your favorite sports( I personally like to play badminton), hang out with friends, etc. Then you can do some of the really amazing things like reading books, meditation, exercise, listening to podcasts for the learning purpose, if you follow any of them then you literally feel a kind of positiveness, positivity will release from your inside unstoppably, then you feel productive towards your life. There are a lot of books in the market available on productivity, you can read those books.

                                        


3) The next thing you can do in order to be productive is don't trust your brain !!👀, you are thinking about what I am saying but this is so true because when you try to put too much information in your head or you try to remember so many things that mean you are giving too many pressure to remember something and if you do so then your mind needs rest. Instead of doing this, you can simply write down the things your want to remember just like you find an interesting line in any particular book then you can write down on paper or on your phones, wherever you want, you just need to make a note then you don't need to rely on your memory to remember something.

                                      


4) The next thing you can do in order to be productive as a human being is by just knowing the purpose of your life. Just ask yourself what is your purpose or why do you even exist, what is the one or multiple things for that you are living your life! I know you may feel what the silly thing he is asking to do, but I just say these things because just think of that, if anyone has found his/her purpose in life then probably he or she would think of wasting their times and most importantly you can imagine what would be their productivity level! So, try to find out the purpose of your life...

                             

some other ways to be productive are getting enough sleep, cut off much caffeine, don't multitasking, try to do your work in a separate place where you don't actually get distracted, take a break between every task for almost 10-15 min, start your day with the most difficult work, create long term goals, take time for yourself, etc, etc. These are the thing you can do in order to be productive.
